(construction, operational, market/offtake, political/regulatory, environmental/social, FX/interest rate). • Apply the principle of allocating risks to the party best able to manage or mitigate them, and develop a structured project risk matrix. • Explain the key components of capital structure (equity vs. debt), loan terms (tenor, amortization, sculpting), and cash-flow waterfall arrangements. • Calculate and interpret key project finance financial metrics, including DSCR, IRR, LLCR, and PLCR, and explain how they inform bankability assessments. • Analyze a real project case study to integrate stakeholder roles, risk allocation, and financing structure. • Participate in group discussion and negotiation simulations to evaluate trade-offs and understand stakeholder decision-making dynamics.
